SOBA was created as a response to the collective needs of Black Agents/Agency Owners. We have developed a community of Black Professionals that value our uniqueness. We champion collaboration over competition.

With a mission of elevation, SOBA provides a much- needed "safe-space" to nurture our individual efforts.

At the same time we provide the connectivity and tools to educate and properly insure the

Having this safe space doesn't mean we don't extend our services and

expertise to others
